Who operates this site
2SURETIPS is an independently operated, non-commercial sports-prediction project. It is not a registered company. References to “2SURETIPS”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the individual operator of this website. For personal-data enquiries, contact contact@2suretips.com.
Personal data we process
Our hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, browser information, requested page, timestamp and security logs to deliver, secure and diagnose the service. If you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, subject, message, a limited user-agent record and a one-way keyed hash of your IP address. Please do not submit payment information or sensitive personal data.
Purposes and legal bases
We process technical and security data where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site. We process correspondence to respond to your request and maintain an appropriate record of it. The site does not request payment details, create betting profiles or make automated decisions about visitors that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Sports data and AI
Fixture, team, player and odds data come from API-Sports. OpenAI may process structured sports statistics and model outputs to create plain-language match explanations. We do not intentionally include visitor personal data in those requests, and OpenAI cannot alter the numerical probabilities generated by our prediction models.
Service providers and international transfers
Personal data may be handled by hosting, infrastructure and email providers only as needed to operate the site and respond to enquiries. Some providers may process data outside your country. Where data-protection law requires it, we rely on the provider’s applicable contractual or other approved transfer safeguards. We do not sell visitor personal data.
Retention
Contact-form submissions are normally deleted 24 months after receipt. We may retain a specific message longer where reasonably necessary to resolve an active enquiry, dispute, security incident or legal obligation. Hosting and security logs are retained according to operational and security needs and the relevant provider’s retention controls. Browser-storage durations are described in our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and, where applicable, receive portable data or withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise a right. We may need enough information to verify the request. UK users can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Required information
You do not have to provide personal data merely to read the site. Contact-form fields are required only if you choose to send an enquiry; without them, we may be unable to receive or answer the message.

We may update this notice when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will remain on this page.
