Operator and agreement
2SURETIPS is an independently operated, non-commercial sports-prediction project. It is not a registered company, bookmaker, gambling operator or financial adviser. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility and local law
The service is intended only for people aged 18 or over. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live, including restrictions on gambling-related content. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights or protections that applicable law gives you.
What the service provides
Predictions, probabilities, selections and explanations are informational and entertainment content generated from historical and third-party sports data. They are estimates—not facts, guarantees, financial advice, personalised advice or an invitation to gamble. We do not accept bets, hold customer funds or currently charge for the predictions published on this site.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for every decision made using the site. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose. Before acting, independently verify fixture status, kickoff time, team news, odds, market wording and the operator’s settlement rules.
Accuracy and availability
Model performance is undergoing live validation. Historical accuracy and ROI do not guarantee future outcomes. Fixtures, statistics, odds and player information may be delayed, incomplete or corrected. Football forecasts may receive a separate availability adjustment closer to kickoff while the original published forecast remains preserved.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original text, model presentation, branding and design are owned by the operator. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, scrape, sell, republish or create a competing dataset from a substantial part of the site without permission. Third-party names, logos and data remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, overload it, introduce harmful code, evade security controls or use automated access in a way that disrupts the service.
Changes and availability
We may correct, change, suspend or withdraw content or site access. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point, subject to any mandatory rights you retain.
Third-party services and links
Third-party data and links are provided for information or convenience. Their services, availability, terms and accuracy are controlled by their respective operators. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for betting losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity or indirect losses arising from reliance on predictions or third-party data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
